    |  | Originally from London England, Chris has lived and traveled to numerous locations while always involving sports and athletics in his life. Now residing in Miami, Chris is dedicating himself to helping others better their lives through exercise and nutrition. His specialties include sports specific training & athletic event preparation working with numerous elite college and high school athletes.
Chris will create, monitor and modify specific work out regimens whether you are an average Joe with a few extra pounds to an athlete at the top of their game. Chris believes that with your hard work and dedication mixed with his motivation you can reach your fitness goals all while having some fun and learning about a healthy lifestyle.
Chris’s favorite sports are football, soccer, and rugby in which he was a 2 time USA Rugby Collegiate All Star. In his spare time Chris enjoys surfing, competing in triathlons, and spending time with his family and friends.
