We feel it is extremely important to offer a full selection of quality programming for our littlest of members that parents can trust. The Health Joint's programs help develop skills in a positive, fun and safe environment while preventing obesity. Our unique curriculum provides children with the opportunity to build confidence through participation in physically challenging kids fitness training, as well as, the opportunity to explore and express their own individuality in a variety of programs. Our instructors are enthusiastic & nurturing helping engage the child in an innovative training regimen. Instructors utilize balance drills, cones, running, mats, skill stations & props.
